HPE Clothing – Human Performance Engineering

HPE Clothing was launched by human performance specialist Nicholas Harris in 2013 to help athletes and gym enthusiasts “accelerate performance, increase recovery, and reduce inflammation.” The apparel has patented performance fibers to assist with workouts but doesn’t sacrifice style in the least. The brand can be worn to a fitness class or while out and about on a normal day.

The brand’s purpose is “to empower everyone to feel confident wearing HPE, to encourage movement, health and wellness.” With these looks, you’ll truly feel you can tackle any workout! Sport bras and tanks run between $85-$90. Leggings are $135, while quilted jackets are $199 for the colder months.

Lucas Hugh

Lucas Hugh’s activewear line is “cut to complement and engineered to support” women through their most intense workouts. The line was found in 2010 by co-CEO and creative director Anjhe Mules. She had the vision to design technical sportswear, keeping both style and functionality in mind.

The Lucas Hugh line provides just that. With high compression, body sculpting fabrics and supportive waistbands, the brand provides quality apparel for a woman’s exercise regimen. Interestingly, the brand also has a digital magazine, The Fit, which was launched in 2018. Sports bras cost anywhere between $75 to $200 and tops start at $70. Leggings range from $125-380.
