Rockhouse Hotel – Jamaica
The Rockhouse Hotel and Restaurant in Negril, Jamaica has an interesting setting, not quite the flat white-sand beaches Jamaica is known for. The Rockhouse Restaurant is located on volcanic rocks alongside the ocean, and the lack of pedestrians means a more private dining experience to capture the glorious views.
An environmentally aware property, you can dine in luxury while respecting the landspace which you are enjoying. Waves from the ocean hit the cliffs below the Rockhouse restaurant, located on the far edge of the hotel. It is quite a sight to see in between bites of traditional Jamaican plates.
Delaire Graff – South Africa
Inside the Delaire Graff Estate, a scenic vineyard in Stellenbosch, South Africa, is the estate’s very own restaurant. At the edge of the property far into the distance is a dramatic mountain peak visible from the restaurant, and the green expanse between you and it is breathtaking in and of itself.
Of course, you’ll be sipping on a glass of delicious wine while you dine and take in the views of the Banhoek Valley. Inside the restaurant is not too shabby either, designed with luxury in mind by David Collins Studio.
