Mikla Restaurant – Turkey
On the 18th-floor of the Marmara Pera hotel in Istanbul, Turkey lies Mikla Restaurant. Named one of the world’s top 50 places to dine, Mikla is more than just its views of the energy and geographic wonder that is Istanbul. The food creates quite an impact as well, its inventive Turkish cuisine designed by chef Mehmet Gürs.

Blue Hill At Stone Barns – USA
Upstate New York doesn’t always draw a crowd, but the Blue Hill at Stone Barns is an exception. Mr. Dan Barber of Chef’s Table owns is running the show here, which makes it all the more worth it. It is a rustic and charming restaurant, with views of the Pocantico hills.
The private dining room has its own beautiful view of the herb garden, where the herbs in your meal will come from. Don’t expect a menu here, as the chef will decide what to serve based on what is best at the farm at the moment.
