Priced at nearly $600, the dinner menu at Masa in New York is known for its high-quality sushi and the restaurant itself is famous for its refined beauty. After years of intense training under sushi master Sugiyama Toshiaki, Chef Masayoshi Takayama moved to the United States and opened his own casual restaurant. He eventually founded his passion project, the world-renowned Masa, with its sparse interior acting as a blank canvas for his seasonal dishes.
